Minnesotan Needs Alcohol Awareness Class

There are some people who do not deserve the privilege of operating a motor vehicle. A car is like a loaded weapon and should be considered as such. If a person was arrested for recklessly handling a shotgun on public streets you can bet they would wind up in jail.

Bo Beyers deserves to be a pedestrian for life according to the Orlando Sentinel!

For the third time in nine months, Beyers was back behind bars this morning charged with driving under the influence.

Last year, the St. Cloud, Minnesota rancher bonded out within hours of his arrest after a head-on crash that nearly killed a mother and her two young daughters on May 1. He still holds a restricted driver's license pending the outcome of that case and another DUI arrest months later.

In the head-on collision one daughter had a broken arm, a broken leg, dislocated hip, a fractured pelvis and spent eight weeks in a wheelchair. Her baby sister suffered a fractured skull.

Blood tests revealed that the 29-year-old Beyers was under the influence of alcohol, marijuana and Xanax.

On one of his previous DUI arrests officers noticed him passed out at the wheel at 3:30a.m. and told them to “chill out” after being awoken.

In his latest arrest on Tuesday evening, the 29-year-old St. Cloud rancher was charged with driving onto a sidewalk where he struck a pedestrian, a mailbox, three palm trees and decorative curbing. Instead of providing a driver's license, Beyers identified himself with court papers for an upcoming DUI trial.

This guy is a menace to the roads. Not only does he need to have his license permanently revoked, but should take an alcohol class and seek other counseling for his alcoholism.
