For many the name above rings a bell. It certainly caught my attention. As a huge fan of the television show “My Name is Earl” I have followed her career. It began with a centerfold spread in Playboy Magazine. Now, it seems to have taken a turn for the worse.

Jaime Pressly sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to DUI charges. The probation is classified as informal, according to the Associated Press.

When pulled over, the buxom-beauty was absolutely hammered! And get this; she was not pulled over because of suspected DUI.

The actress was pulled over for a traffic violation in Los Angeles County. Police officers suspected that Pressly was drunk due to the heavy of alcohol, and a test confirmed that her blood alcohol level was .20. The legal blood alcohol limit is .08.

The 34-year-old actress was ordered by the court to attend an alcohol education class for six months as part of her probation. An ignition lock will also be placed onto the actress’s car to prevent her from driving.

The actress is best known for her role in the NBC comedy, “My Name is Earl,” where she played Joy Turner.

Hopefully she will get her life and career back on track. Of course a good start would be an California Alcohol Class.
