Alcohol Class teaches About DUI Penalties

Do you know that when you get arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) there are actually three cases as a result of one traffic stop.

Typically in a DUI, there is a minimum of two tickets: One for the alleged DUI violation and one (or more) for the traffic infraction(s) that allegedly caused the stop. There also is the strong likelihood of other violation becoming recognized like driving on a suspended license, expired registration, expired license, and many other.

DUI is particularly scary because 'regular people' wind up behind bars.

They have become criminals. Sometimes this is an isolated incident. But the statistics seem to prove otherwise. It has been estimated that for every time a person is pulled over and arrested for DUI he has driven in a drunken state more than 300 times.

Do you drink and drive? Do you know someone who does? This is not an issue to be trifled with.

If you or someone you care about has an alcohol problem and drinks and drives, please seek help immediately. If you prefer to maintain total anonymity there are /Dui-Class too.
