Have you been directed to complete a DWI education program after an impaired-driving offense in Minnesota? Online Alcohol Class offers a both a 12-hour level I DWI Education Course and a 24 hour level 2 DWI Education Course for students who have received approval from the court or referring agency to use an online alternative.
Minnesota commonly uses the term DWI, or driving while impaired, for offenses involving alcohol, drugs, or another impairing substance. The education and other services required in a DWI case may depend on the court, county, assessment results, prior offenses, and the terms of an individual court order.
Driving With Care is a standard DWI education option used by courts and community corrections programs in Minnesota. Level I is commonly delivered as a six-session, 12-hour education program. Level II is a longer, more intensive cognitive-behavioral program that is commonly delivered in 12 sessions over 24 hours.
Online Alcohol Class does not offer Driving With Care Level I or Level II and is not affiliated with the Driving With Care program. Our course is a separate, self-paced online DWI education class. It should only be used when the court, probation officer, attorney, or other authority responsible for your case has approved an online alternative.
Our 12-hour DWI education course was designed by experienced professionals to provide a clear and practical learning experience. The class is available online 24 hours a day, allowing you to complete the material from home or another location with internet access.
You can use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or iPad. You may log in and out as often as needed, and your progress is saved automatically. You do not need to complete all 12 hours in one sitting.
